About The Role
We are seeking an energetic, inspiring, and skilled **Public Speaking and Short Film Making Coach** to deliver engaging after-school programs for students.
This role involves teaching essential communication skills, building student confidence, and fostering leadership qualities through well-structured and interactive lessons.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality public speaking lessons and film making lessons based on the approved curriculum.
- Adapt lesson plans to meet the learning needs, age, and abilities of students.
- Create a positive, supportive, and safe learning environment that encourages participation.
- Use interactive activities, role-play, and group discussions to enhance student learning.
- Track student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with program coordinators and school staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain professionalism and represent the program positively in all school interactions.
Requirements
- Proven experience in public speaking, debate coaching, speech and drama, or related fields.
- Previous teaching, coaching, or facilitation experience with children or young adults.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate students in a fun and encouraging manner.
- Strong organizational skills and punctuality.
- Flexibility to travel to different schools as required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree in Communication, Education, Performing Arts, or related field.
- Certifications or training in public speaking or coaching.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
