- Plan and deliver fun, age appropriate baking and cooking sessions for children
- Teach fundamental culinary skills including food preparation, measuring ingredients, baking techniques, and simple cooking methods
- Educate students on kitchen safety, hygiene, and proper food handling practices
- Develop students' understanding of nutrition and healthy eating habits
- Teach dining etiquette, teamwork, responsibility, and respect within a kitchen environment
- Ensure a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment for all participants
- Prepare lesson plans and organize ingredients and equipment required for each session
- Monitor student progress and encourage creativity and confidence in the kitchen
Requirements
- Experience in baking, cooking, culinary arts, hospitality, or related fields
- Previous experience working with children in schools, clubs, camps, or educational settings
- Strong communication and classroom management skills
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- Passion for inspiring young learners and developing life skills through cooking
- Relevant culinary certifications are an advantage

About the Role
- Think N Innovate is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Baking and Cooking Coach to lead engaging after school activity programs for children.
- The ideal candidate will inspire young learners through hands on culinary experiences while teaching essential cooking skills, kitchen safety, food hygiene, and dining etiquette.
Key Responsibilities
