The employer is seeking an experienced Public Relations Officer to independently manage government-related transactions across the UAE.
The role requires knowledge of UAE government procedures, strong follow-up and coordination skills, and professional handling of official information.
Location and work arrangement
- The role is based in Dubai, UAE.
- Work location is in person.
- Daily travel across the UAE is required for government-related work.
Employment and compensation
- The position is full-time and permanent.
- The stated salary is AED 6,000–AED 7,000 per month.
- A separate pay statement lists AED 5,000–AED 7,000 per month.
Key responsibilities
- Handle submissions and transactions with government departments and relevant authorities.
- Visit government offices and service centres to coordinate applications, approvals, and follow-ups.
- Process, submit, and follow up on visa, labour, immigration, and other government-related transactions.
- Verify official documents received from government authorities and ensure accuracy.
- Coordinate client appointments and collect or deliver official documentation when required.
- Coordinate with internal teams to complete government-related tasks within required timelines.
- Keep the team updated on changes in government regulations, procedures, and portal requirements.
- Maintain records of applications, receipts, documents, and completed transactions.
- Handle government-related information professionally and confidentially.
Requirements
- At least 2–3 years of hands-on UAE PRO experience.
- Fluent Arabic and English, written and spoken; Arabic is mandatory.
- Good knowledge of UAE government authorities, procedures, and online portals.
- A valid UAE driving licence is mandatory.
- Willingness to travel across the UAE daily is required.
- Strong communication, coordination, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple government transactions simultaneously.
- Professional appearance, attitude, and conduct.
- Experience in business setup advisory or a group of companies is preferred.
- A bachelor's degree is required.
- Immediate joiners or candidates on short notice are preferred.
