Role Overview
The Digital Marketing Specialist - Organic manages and grows the Group's organic digital presence across multiple business verticals.
The role focuses on SEO, content marketing, social media, website optimization, lead generation, and organic performance.
The position is based in Dubai, UAE, and is full-time and on-site.
Organic Marketing and SEO
- Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic rankings, website traffic, visibility, and lead generation.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, content optimization, and SEO performance monitoring.
- Plan, write, optimize, and publish SEO-focused blogs and website content.
- Develop and manage organic digital campaigns across multiple business verticals.
Social Media and Content
- Manage and grow the company's presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube, with future expansion to other platforms.
- Manage content calendars and ensure consistent publishing across business verticals.
- Support video content, creative assets, newsletters, and digital campaigns.
Website and CRM
- Coordinate website content updates, technical improvements, page-speed optimization, broken-link checks, and other website requirements.
- Manage and maintain CRM-related marketing data and lead tracking.
- Work with business vertical heads and sales teams to improve the quality and effectiveness of organic leads.
Analytics and Performance
- Monitor website and social media analytics and prepare regular performance reports.
- Track organic leads, conversions, keyword rankings, website traffic, domain authority, and other relevant KPIs.
- Monitor organic keyword ranking, website traffic, engagement, lead generation, conversion performance, content quality, and campaign performance.
Coordination and Compliance
- Coordinate with internal teams, offshore SEO specialists, freelancers, and external agencies.
- Research and recommend relevant AI and digital marketing tools to improve marketing efficiency.
- Ensure website and marketing content complies with applicable UAE laws, regulations, and advertising requirements.
Requirements
- Proven digital marketing experience with strong expertise in SEO and organic marketing.
- Strong understanding of on-page SEO, off-page SEO, keyword research, content optimization, and analytics.
- Experience managing social media platforms, digital content, website content, and website optimization.
- Strong content writing, editing, communication, coordination, project management, and data-analysis skills.
- Ability to manage multiple business verticals and priorities simultaneously.
- Four years of experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist and one year of UAE experience are required.
- Native Hindi is required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using SEMrush, Surfer SEO, Google Search Console, or similar SEO and digital marketing tools is preferred.
- A bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Immediate joining is preferred.
Compensation
- The salary is AED 5,000 to AED 7,000 per month.
