Job Summary
We are seeking a highly efficient and experienced Public Relations Officer (PRO) to manage all government-related processes and documentation.
The ideal candidate must be a native Arabic speaker with strong knowledge of UAE labor, immigration, and regulatory procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle all visa processing, renewals, cancellations, and amendments (employment visas, residence visas, visit visas, etc.)
- Manage labor and immigration procedures through MOHRE, GDRFA, ICA, and other relevant government entities
- Liaise with various government departments for approvals, submissions, and document processing
- Ensure timely renewal of company licenses, permits, and official documents
- Maintain accurate records of all employee documentation and government transactions
- Coordinate with internal departments (HR, Finance, Operations) regarding legal and compliance requirements
- Handle Emirates ID applications and renewals
- Keep up to date with changes in UAE laws and regulations
- Represent the company professionally in all government-related matters
Requirements
- Native Arabic speaker (mandatory)
- Proven experience as a PRO in the UAE
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and immigration procedures
- Valid UAE driving license (preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar role
- Familiarity with online government portals (MOHRE, GDRFA, etc.)
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (preferred)
