Role Overview

The employer is seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Public Relations Officer to manage UAE government procedures and regulatory requirements.

The role requires at least six years of UAE PRO experience and a valid UAE driving license.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage PRO activities with UAE government authorities and departments.
  • Process employment visas, labor permits, residency permits, renewals, cancellations, and status amendments.
  • Handle transactions with immigration, labor, municipalities, economic departments, and other government entities.
  • Manage Emiratization requirements and ensure compliance with UAE targets and regulations.
  • Administer UAE Pension Fund registrations, updates, and compliance matters.
  • Process and monitor Commercial and Industrial trade license renewals.
  • Coordinate document attestations, approvals, certifications, and government correspondence.
  • Maintain records of company licenses, permits, employee documents, and renewal schedules.
  • Liaise with external stakeholders, government agencies, and service providers.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and government regulations.
  • Provide management updates on regulatory changes and compliance requirements.
  • Perform assigned company administrative and governmental tasks.

Candidate Requirements

  • At least six years of UAE experience as a PRO.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE government procedures, labor regulations, and immigration regulations.
  • Proven experience with Emiratization compliance, UAE Pension Fund matters, trade license renewals, visa processing, labor transactions, and government approvals and permits.
  • Valid UAE driving license.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Salary

  • Salary range is AED 6,000 to AED 7,000 per month, depending on candidate experience.
