Responsibilities
- Process and renew employment visas, residence visas, work permits, Emirates IDs, labour cards, OHC, EID, DM check and other immigration/Labour/government related documents.
- Coordinate with government authorities for company registrations, trade license renewals, and regulatory approvals.
- Ensure timely renewal of company licenses, permits, and official documentation.
- Liaise with government departments and regulatory agencies regarding company and employee matters.
- Monitor changes in labour, immigration, and compliance regulations and ensure company compliance.
- Prepare, submit, and track official applications, approvals, and documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of employee documents, visa status, and company legal records.
- Assist new employees with onboarding formalities related to visas and government requirements.
- Handle administrative tasks related to government transactions and the company.
- Typing of new visas and renewals on the DSO and DMCC portals.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Public Relations Officer (PRO) or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of local labor and immigration regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently

About the Role
- We are looking for a proactive and well organized Public Relations Officer (PRO) to manage government related processes, ensure compliance with local regulations, and maintain strong relationships with relevant authorities.
