- Screen and prioritize emails, phone calls, and correspondence
- Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, reports, and briefing materials

- Serve as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
- Draft professional correspondence, presentations, and business documents

Position Overview
- We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the CEO.
- The successful candidate will act as a trusted partner, ensuring the CEO's schedule, communications, and business priorities are managed efficiently and effectively.
- This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to thrive in a fast paced environment.
Executive Support
- Manage and coordinate the CEO's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Screen and prioritize emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
- Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, reports, and briefing materials.
- Take meeting minutes and follow up on action items.
- Ensure the CEO is fully prepared for meetings, events, and business engagements.
Communication & Coordination
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Draft professional correspondence, presentations, and business documents.
- Coordinate with departments to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects.
- Facilitate communication across teams and external partners.
Administrative Management
- Organize and maintain confidential files, records, and documentation.
- Monitor deadlines and ensure key deliverables are completed on schedule.
- Manage expense reports, invoices, and executive administrative tasks.
- Handle special projects and assignments as directed by the CEO.
Travel & Event Management
- Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, transportation, and itineraries.

Strategic & Operational Support
- Assist in tracking strategic initiatives and business priorities.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, or similar role supporting senior executives.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English. Arabic will be a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and modern productivity tools.
