We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Public Relations Officer (PRO) to support our company’s government relations and administrative operations in the UAE.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in the UAE
- Familiar with UAE immigration, labor, and licensing procedures
- Knowledge of visa applications, Emirates ID processing, and company documentation
- Strong interpersonal and time management skills
- Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently
- UAE Driving License is a must
Duties & Responsibilities
- Liaise with government departments and authorities for official transactions
- Manage employee visa processing, renewals, cancellations, and status changes
- Monitor expiry dates of trade licenses, permits, and other legal documents
- Ensure compliance with UAE laws and company requirements
- Provide administrative support related to employee documentation and approvals
