Key Responsibilities
- Oversee operations across events & floristry
- Ensure smooth execution of all projects
- Coordinate with suppliers & vendors
- Build strong relationships and networks
- Lead internal teams effectively
- Manage timelines, budgets, and resources
- Maintain quality control across events & floral production
- Optimize workflows and improve processes
Requirements
- Proven experience in event management & logistics
- Must have 5-6 Years experience as Operations Manager (UAE)
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent coordination and communication abilities
- **Valid UAE driving license is a must**
