- Coordinating with internal project teams to investigate issues and obtain relevant information for resolution
- Preparing responses and communicating outcomes to complainants in a professional and timely manner
- Ensuring all interactions and resolutions align with project policies, client requirements, and local regulations
- Maintaining an organized database of complaints, inquiries, and resolutions for reporting and audit purposes
- Preparing periodic reports on complaint trends, response times, and resolution effectiveness for management review
- Supporting public engagement activities and community meetings related to the project, as required
- Liaising with client representatives and relevant authorities on matters related to public complaints and communications
- Identifying recurring issues and providing feedback to project management on potential improvements
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Public Relations, Communications, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in public relations, customer service, community relations, or a similar role
- Strong oral and written communication skills in Arabic and English
- Deep understanding of local culture, norms, and stakeholder expectations in Qatar
- Ability to manage sensitive issues and handle complaints with tact, diplomacy, and professionalism
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple cases and maintain accurate records
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

What Required Skills You’ll Bring
