About the Role

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement integrated public relations and communications strategies aligned with business objectives and brand positioning
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local, regional, and international media, journalists, editors, and industry influencers
- Identify and secure high value media opportunities, interviews, speaking engagements, and thought leadership placements for executives
- Draft and manage press releases, media statements, speeches, opinion pieces, executive messaging, Q&A documents, and other corporate communications materials
- Lead media outreach for company announcements, product launches, partnerships, funding milestones, events, and strategic initiatives
- Monitor media coverage, industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging issues, providing insights and recommendations to leadership
- Manage corporate reputation and support crisis communications planning and execution when required
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Brand, Product, People, and executive leadership to ensure consistent messaging across all external communications
- Support executive profiling by developing thought leadership content and identifying opportunities to increase leadership visibility
- Coordinate agency relationships where applicable, ensuring high quality execution and measurable outcomes
- Plan and manage PR campaigns, media events, press briefings, and corporate announcements
- Track and report on PR performance using media coverage, sentiment analysis, share of voice, and other relevant KPIs
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field
- 6–8+ years of experience in public relations, corporate communications, or external communications
- Experience managing communications for multiple brands, business units, or entities within a group structure
- Strong experience working within financial services, fintech, technology, insurtech, proptech, government, or other highly regulated industries is highly desirable
- Established network of media contacts across the UAE and wider GCC
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Experience handling media relations, crisis communications, and reputation management

What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
- 6–8+ years of experience in public relations, corporate communications, or external communications.
- Experience managing communications for multiple brands, business units, or entities within a group structure.
- Strong experience working within financial services, fintech, technology, insurtech, proptech, government, or other highly regulated industries is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing strategic PR campaigns that deliver measurable business impact.
- Established network of media contacts across the UAE and wider GCC.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling content for a variety of audiences.
- Experience managing executive communications and building thought leadership platforms.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across senior leadership teams.
- Experience handling media relations, crisis communications, and reputation management.
- Highly organised with excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset with experience measuring PR effectiveness and campaign performance.
