- Develop, implement, and maintain enterprise governance frameworks, policies, and standards
- Ensure consistency in governance practices across all functions and business units
- Establish and monitor governance processes, controls, and approval mechanisms
- Support the creation of audit ready documentation, decision logs, and control evidence
- Ensure transparency, traceability, and accountability in decision making processes
- Monitor adherence to governance policies and escalate deviations where necessary
- Facilitate governance forums, committees, and reporting structures
- Support risk and compliance teams in embedding governance within business processes
- Continuously assess and improve governance maturity in line with best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- 7–10 years of experience in governance, risk, compliance, or related fields
- Strong understanding of corporate governance frameworks and best practices
- Experience in developing policies, procedures, and governance controls
- Ability to drive accountability and enforce governance standards
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
- High integrity and professional judgment

Job Purpose
- To lead the development and continuous enhancement of enterprise wide governance frameworks, ensuring consistent, transparent, and accountable decision making across the organization.
- The role drives the implementation of effective governance structures, controls, and practices that support regulatory compliance, strengthen organizational maturity, and enable informed strategic execution.
What You’ll Do
