- Develop and manage an integrated content and editorial calendar across platforms.
- Produce and edit high quality written and visual content (posts, newsletters, press releases, graphics, short form videos).
- Plan and execute product launches and digital campaigns, ensuring timely coordination of promotional activities and events.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics and budget usage, translating insights into actionable recommendations.
- Manage audience engagement and reputation through social media monitoring, customer communications, PR handling, and crisis management.
- Lead external partnerships and internal collaboration by coordinating agencies, influencers, vendors, and cross functional teams.
- Manage and liaise with agencies, suppliers, and stakeholders to deliver compliant digital coverage and availability.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- Minimum 5 7 years of experience in communications and marketing in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or highly regulated industries
- Native Arabic preferred
- Strong knowledge of CRM systems, marketing automation, and project management software
- Analytical and strategic thinking skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for stakeholder engagement

Role Overview
- Kinetic is working with a well reputed and growing Pharmaceutical company who are hiring a Communications Manager to be based in Dubai.
Key Aspects of the Role
- Develop and manage an integrated content and editorial calendar across platforms, while producing and editing high quality written and visual content (posts, newsletters, press releases, graphics, and short form videos).
- Plan and execute product launches and digital campaigns, ensuring timely coordination of promotional activities, events, stakeholder engagement, and cross channel activation.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics and budget usage, translating insights into actionable recommendations for optimization and improved ROI.
- Manage audience engagement and reputation through active social media monitoring, customer communications, PR handling, and crisis/reputation management.

- Manages and liaises with agencies, suppliers, and stakeholders to deliver compliant digital coverage and availability.
To Be Successful You Will Need to Meet the Following
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field required; MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 5 7 years of experience in communications and marketing in the pharmaceutical healthcare or highly regulated industries.
- Native arabic is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of CRM systems, marketing automation, and project management software.
- Analytical and strategic thinking skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
