Responsibilities
- Manage the relationship between the company and various government organizations and authorities.
- Provide timely and efficient services related to government-related jobs such as Employment Permits, Entry Visas, Medical Examinations, Immigration, Ministry of Labor and consulates, and Business Licenses.
- Act as a key interface between the company and the government, ensuring that all requirements are met and all necessary documentation is in order.
- Respond effectively to the demands of the businesses, employees, and their families, and provide expert advice on all visa formalities and other government-related procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of all the services provided.
- Stay up-to-date with the ever-changing government rules and regulations, and be able to manage urgent tasks with short notice.
- Evaluate, prioritize, and complete tasks efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as a PRO in a business setup company in UAE, with a strong understanding of government organizations
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Excellent networking and interpersonal skills.
- Good influencing skills.
- Good computer skills, and proficiency in MS Office.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills.

Salary: AED 4000- AED 5000 per month
