- Drive sales across all workspace solutions, including private offices, co working desks, meeting rooms, and virtual office services.
- Manage client renewals and identify upselling opportunities to enhance revenue and retention.
- Clearly articulate Venture Zone’s products, pricing structures, and competitive advantages to prospective clients.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
- Conduct engaging and informative site tours, effectively showcasing the facility’s features and benefits.
- Prepare tailored proposals and deliver persuasive sales presentations aligned with client needs.
- Record and manage all sales activities and client communications through CRM systems.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and pricing models to maintain a competitive edge.
- Assist with business documentation such as MIS reports, Excel trackers, proposals, company policies, and research documentation.
- Represent Venture Zone professionally in all interactions, both face to face and online.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of sales experience, ideally within real estate, coworking, or other service focused industries
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Excellent command of English with strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Highly self motivated, organized, and results driven
- Advanced expertise in MS Excel, proposal development, and professional business documentation
- Confident presenter with strong client facing abilities

Role Overview
- We are looking for a results driven and client oriented Sales Manager to lead the promotion and sales of our workspace solutions, including serviced offices, co working spaces, meeting rooms, and virtual office packages.
- The successful candidate will be confident, proactive, and capable of managing the full sales lifecycle while building lasting client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
