Role Overview

  • We are looking for a results driven and client oriented Sales Manager to lead the promotion and sales of our workspace solutions, including serviced offices, co working spaces, meeting rooms, and virtual office packages.
  • The successful candidate will be confident, proactive, and capable of managing the full sales lifecycle while building lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales across all workspace solutions, including private offices, co working desks, meeting rooms, and virtual office services.
  • Manage client renewals and identify upselling opportunities to enhance revenue and retention.
  • Clearly articulate Venture Zone’s products, pricing structures, and competitive advantages to prospective clients.
  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with both new and existing clients by understanding their business objectives and recommending suitable solutions.
  • Conduct engaging and informative site tours, effectively showcasing the facility’s features and benefits.
  • Prepare tailored proposals and deliver persuasive sales presentations aligned with client needs.
  • Record and manage all sales activities and client communications through CRM systems.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and pricing models to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Assist with business documentation such as MIS reports, Excel trackers, proposals, company policies, and research documentation.
  • Represent Venture Zone professionally in all interactions, both face to face and online.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of sales experience, ideally within real estate, coworking, or other service focused industries.
  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • Excellent command of English with strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Highly self motivated, organized, and results driven, with the ability to manage priorities effectively.
  • Advanced expertise in MS Excel, proposal development, and professional business documentation.
  • Confident presenter with strong client facing abilities and excellent presentation and stakeholder engagement skills.
