- Drive sales across all workspace solutions, including private offices, co working desks, meeting rooms, and virtual office services
- Manage client renewals and identify upselling opportunities to enhance revenue and retention
- Clearly articulate Venture Zone’s products, pricing structures, and competitive advantages to prospective clients
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with both new and existing clients by understanding their business objectives and recommending suitable solutions
- Conduct engaging and informative site tours, effectively showcasing the facility’s features and benefits
- Prepare tailored proposals and deliver persuasive sales presentations aligned with client needs
- Record and manage all sales activities and client communications through CRM systems
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and pricing models to maintain a competitive edge
- Assist with business documentation such as MIS reports, Excel trackers, proposals, company policies, and research documentation
- Represent Venture Zone professionally in all interactions, both face to face and online
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of sales experience, ideally within real estate, coworking, or other service focused industries
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Strong command of English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self motivated, well organized, and goal oriented
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, proposal writing, and business documentation
- Strong presentation skills and confidence in client facing situations
