Role Overview
A Dubai construction company is hiring an experienced and proactive Public Relations Officer.
The role manages government-related transactions and employee documentation for the company.
The position offers full-time employment and prefers immediate joining.
Government and Employee Transactions
- Handle MOHRE, Immigration/GDRFA, Emirates ID, medical, and visa applications, renewals, and cancellations.
- Manage labour contracts, work permits, visa processing, and employee government transactions.
- Handle company licenses, approvals, renewals, and other government transactions.
- Monitor expiry dates for visas, Emirates IDs, labour cards, licenses, and related documents.
- Coordinate with government authorities, typing centres, and service providers.
- Follow up on applications and approvals and resolve government-related issues.
Records and Compliance
- Maintain accurate records of PRO transactions and documents.
- Coordinate with HR and management on employee and company requirements.
- Assist with MOHRE inspections and other government compliance matters when required.
