Job Purpose
Manage HR operations, recruitment, workforce management, employee relations, and compliance with UAE Labour Law for a construction company.
Department: Human Resources.
Reports to the General Manager or Managing Director.
Workplace and Employment
- Location stated in the description: UAE.
- Employment type: Full-Time.
- Work location: In person.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment, interviews, selection, and onboarding.
- Handle manpower requirements for construction sites and office staff.
- Maintain employee files, contracts, and HR records.
- Manage attendance, leave, overtime, and payroll coordination.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, resignations, and terminations.
- Coordinate visa, work permit, Emirates ID, insurance, and other HR processes.
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and MOHRE requirements.
- Manage employee transfers, mobilization, demobilization, and final settlements.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Prepare HR reports and manpower updates for management.
