Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive age appropriate psychological assessments for adults and pediatric patients
- Perform detailed diagnostic evaluations using standardized, validated psychological tools
- Provide evidence based psychological interventions (e.g., CBT, DBT, ACT, family therapy, play therapy, behavior therapy)
- Conduct individual psychotherapy, family therapy, and group therapy as clinically indicated
- Deliver health and behavior interventions to support coping, adjustment, and emotional regulation
- Participate in interdisciplinary rehabilitation planning and MDT meetings
- Accurately document all clinical encounters, assessments, and treatment plans
- Provide education, psychoeducation, and counseling to families and caregivers
- Maintain patient confidentiality, informed consent, and safeguarding responsibilities
- Participate in performance management, peer review, and continuous professional development
Requirements
- Experience in clinical psychology with both adult and pediatric populations
- Proficiency in standardized psychological assessment tools
- Knowledge of evidence based therapeutic interventions (CBT, DBT, ACT, etc.)
- Ability to conduct individual, family, and group therapy
- Strong documentation and record keeping skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Familiarity with DOH and JCI standards

Clinical Duties
- Conduct comprehensive age appropriate psychological assessments for adults and pediatric patients.
- Perform detailed diagnostic evaluations using standardized, validated psychological tools.
- Provide evidence based psychological interventions (e.g., CBT, DBT, ACT, family therapy, play therapy, behavior therapy).
- Conduct individual psychotherapy, family therapy, and group therapy as clinically indicated.
- Deliver health and behavior interventions to support coping, adjustment, emotional regulation, and adherence to medical rehabilitation programs.
- Identify and report signs of clinical deterioration, neglect, or safeguarding concerns.
- Maintain strong therapeutic boundaries and ensure safe, ethical practice.
- Participate in interdisciplinary rehabilitation planning and MDT meetings.
- Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, therapists, and caregivers.
- Accurately document all clinical encounters, assessments, and treatment plans.
- Communicate clinical findings and progress updates to patients, families, and team members.
- Provide education, psychoeducation, and counseling to families and caregivers.
Qualifications
- Experience in clinical psychology with both adult and pediatric populations.
- Proficiency in standardized psychological assessment tools.
- Knowledge of evidence based therapeutic interventions.
- Ability to conduct individual, family, and group therapy.
- Strong documentation and record keeping skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
