- Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal departments and external stakeholders to facilitate operational activities and organizational initiatives
- Perform administrative, coordination, and operational tasks as assigned by the direct supervisor
- Assist in organizing and supporting official events, meetings, and guest related activities to ensure smooth execution
- Prepare reports, correspondence, and documentation related to departmental activities and projects
- Provide general office support and contribute to the efficient functioning of the department

- Bachelor's degree in international relations, business administration, or equivalent

- Advanced proficiency in using Microsoft Office programs
- Excellent proficiency in both Arabic and English, including reading, writing, and speaking
- Ability to respond to inquiries and articles, deliver speeches, listen, and draft

Job Purpose
- Provide technical and administrative support in the planning, coordination, and execution of protocol, ceremonial, and hospitality activities.
- Assist protocol coordinators, secretaries, and hospitality teams in managing official and guest related engagements, while ensuring the smooth delivery of operational and office support functions.
