- Lead the proposal development process, including understanding requirements, developing outlines, and coordinating internal resources

- Ensure proposals are compliant with client requirements, formatting standards, and submission guidelines
- Manage proposal timelines and deadlines, prioritizing multiple concurrent efforts
- Conduct research on client needs, industry trends, and competition to tailor proposals
- Review and edit proposal content for clarity, coherence, and brand alignment
- Maintain and update a repository of proposal content, case studies, and references
- Coordinate with design team for visually appealing proposal layouts
- Participate in debrief sessions to gather feedback for continuous improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or related field
- Proven experience in proposal development, business writing, or related field

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Experience with proposal management tools or CRM systems
- Knowledge of proposal best practices, procurement processes, and RFP evaluation criteria

Proposal Specialist responsibilities include
- The Proposal Specialist will be responsible for managing the end to end process of preparing, writing, and submitting proposals in response to client requests and RFPs.
- This individual will play a critical role in communicating our organization's capabilities, value proposition, and solutions to prospective clients.
- The ideal candidate will have excellent writing skills, a strong business acumen, and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders to produce winning proposals.

- Excellent writing and editing skills with the ability to craft persuasive and technically sound proposals.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage time sensitive deliverables in a fast paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience working with proposal management tools or CRM systems.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross functional teams and build relationships with key stakeholders.
- Knowledge of proposal best practices, procurement processes, and RFP evaluation criteria. Experience in a B2B or professional services environment is preferred.
