About the Role

Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate cleaning staff across multiple sites
- Implement and monitor cleaning schedules, ensuring deep cleaning and facade cleaning are completed as required
- Conduct site inspections to ensure cleaning standards are consistently maintained
- Ensure correct use and maintenance of cleaning equipment and tools
- Train staff in cleaning techniques, equipment handling, and chemical safety
- Monitor the use and inventory of cleaning chemicals and supplies
- Maintain accurate records and reports regarding cleaning activities, staff attendance, and incident reporting
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
- Liaise with clients to understand and meet specific cleaning needs
Requirements
- In depth knowledge of industrial, commercial, and residential cleaning practices
- Experience in deep cleaning and facade cleaning techniques
- Familiarity with various cleaning techniques and modern equipment
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and their safe use
- Strong leadership and team supervision skills
- Ability to create and maintain cleaning reports and documentation
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid driving license (mandatory)
