Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate records of all inventory, materials, chemicals, tools, PPE, and equipment
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and supplier deliveries
- Issue materials to technicians and obtain proper acknowledgments
- Monitor stock levels and prepare reorder requests to prevent shortages
- Conduct weekly and monthly stock verification and submit reports
- Coordinate daily job schedules with supervisors and technicians
- Allocate manpower, vehicles, chemicals, and equipment based on job requirements
- Ensure safe storage and handling of chemicals and pesticides
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Zoology, Botany, Agriculture, Entomology or any related field
- 2–4 years of experience in storekeeping, inventory management, or operations coordination
- Experience in Pest Control, Facilities Management, Cleaning, or related service industries preferred
- Good knowledge of inventory control procedures
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and inventory management systems
- Valid UAE driving license is an advantage

Key Responsibilities

- Ensure proper storage and handling of pest control chemicals in compliance with safety regulations.
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and safety standards.
- Track asset movement and maintain asset registers.
- Coordinate daily job schedules with supervisors and technicians.
- Allocate manpower, vehicles, chemicals, and equipment based on job requirements.
- Monitor attendance, deployment, and movement of field staff.
- Follow up on completion of service reports and job cards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Zoology, Botany, Agriculture, Entomology or any related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in storekeeping, inventory management, or operations coordination.
- Experience in Pest Control, Facilities Management, Cleaning, or related service industries preferred.
- Good knowledge of inventory control procedures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and inventory management systems.
- Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
