Role Overview
ALEC Holdings is seeking a detail-oriented Proposal Officer to coordinate tender submissions and support business growth through high-quality proposals.
The role supports ALEC Building’s team in developing accurate, compelling, compliant, and timely submissions.

Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing bid and proposal documents, presentations, and supporting materials.
- Gather content, pricing, technical inputs, and approvals from internal departments.
- Review tender documents and identify requirements, deadlines, and compliance criteria.
- Maintain proposal templates, content libraries, and company credentials.
- Track bid timelines and ensure deliverables are completed on schedule.
- Format, proofread, and quality-check documents before submission.
- Support clarifications, follow-up responses, post-submission documents, meetings, bid reviews, and submission activities.
- Maintain bid records, outcomes, and feedback and provide administrative support to the proposal team.
