Role Overview
The Cost Control & ERP Specialist supports financial discipline, operational efficiency, and informed decision-making across construction projects.
The role strengthens cost control processes, improves financial visibility, and optimizes ERP use across the business.
The position works with project teams, commercial, finance, procurement, and other stakeholders.
Your Role
- Manage project cost tracking, forecasting, and reporting to support adherence to budget objectives.
- Develop cost control procedures and provide project managers with actionable financial insights.
- Administer and configure ERP modules for cost control, commercial, and procurement operations.
- Troubleshoot ERP issues and implement enhancements to improve system functionality and user experience.
- Support commercial and procurement teams by embedding cost controls in ERP workflows.
- Deliver ERP training and create user-friendly guides and support materials.
- Design dashboards for real-time visibility into costs, performance indicators, and budget variances.
- Analyze project data for trends, risks, and cost-saving opportunities.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives for cost control processes and ERP integration.
