Job Summary
A Chemical / Mechanical engineering graduate or Chemical/Mechanical / environmental engineer Masters degree holder with minimum 7- 9 years of experience in water & waste water treatment industry for different markets like Industrial, Micro E, F&B, Municipal. The role requires the person to be able to have deep knowledge of water chemistry and experience of designing, costing, proposal development, vendor rfq preparation, TBE, P&ID , Layout review of various water and waste water treatment processes
Essential Responsibilities / Expectations
- 1. Perform as the Proposal engineer to plan and formulate proposal Engineering Deliverables in water Industry Processes and Products. Knowledge on membrane bio reactor, pretreatment technology will be of added advantage.
- 2. Able to understand water chemistry , identify red flags, to be able to select unit operations and design conventional as well advanced pretreatment like ultrafiltration, Design RO system for various water and waste water applications, design biological system , understanding of thermal evaporator system .
- 3 To be able to review Tender electromechanical specifications, Engineering design standards, Proposal Playbook, safety and customer contract requirements and come up with the right process and product selection.
- 4. Able to develop Process Description, Process Calculations, PFD, HFD, PID, Layouts, load list, Instrument list, civil inputs drawings for complex projects.
