Support the Work Winning team in producing professional, visually engaging proposals and business development materials.
Transform technical content into clear, client-focused proposal documents while working with business development, client engagement and technical teams.
Skills and responsibilities
- Design and produce proposal documents from initial draft through final submission.
- Develop and maintain proposal templates, including styles, headers, graphics, contents pages and document navigation.
- Create PowerPoint presentations for client and capability presentations.
- Format CVs, project references, case studies and other standard proposal content.
- Organise the bid library and reusable proposal content.
- Create process flows, infographics, organisation charts and other proposal graphics.
- Use Adobe Creative Suite and other appropriate design tools for specialist graphics.
- Review proposals for formatting consistency, presentation quality and visual errors.
- Prepare final documents for client submission, including checks on page numbering, contents, references and graphics.
- Manage multiple production tasks and prioritise work according to bid deadlines.
- Improve the usability and efficiency of proposal templates and processes.
- Maintain an organised library of approved templates, graphics and images.
Required experience
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in proposal design, document production, graphic design, marketing design or a similar role.
- Proven experience in proposal production, corporate documents or business development materials.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint, especially advanced formatting and page layout.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and a high standard of document quality.
- Good communication and collaboration skills with creative and technical teams.
Desirable experience
- Experience in engineering consultancy, data centre, construction or infrastructure environments is desirable but not essential.
- Experience with corporate brand guidelines, Canva or similar visualisation tools is desirable.
- Experience supporting business development and proposal production alongside marketing is desirable.

Produce professional, consistent, high-quality proposal documents to agreed deadlines.
Keep proposal templates and standard materials aligned with company brand standards.
Present technical information clearly, understandably and visually engagingly.
Keep CVs, project references, case studies and other proposal content presentation ready.
Communicate methodologies, processes and technical concepts through suitable diagrams and visual content.
