Qualifications
- Electrical engineering degree preferred, and active member of a Professional Engineers association preferred.
- 5 to 10 Years of commercial and industrial market segment experience with protection and control on MV & LV equipment and switchgear, industry standards ANSI/IEC/CSA
- Good working knowledge of LV & MV electrical distribution, and control products.
- Good understanding of the customer’s problems, needs and challenges as well as industry-specific knowledge preferred.
- Good insights on competitive landscape, competitor’s offering, and competitor’s go-to-market model.
- Good capacity to listen with analytical and technical skills.
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills with great negotiation and influencing skills.
- Autonomous, entrepreneurial & team spirit
- Proficiency in French is mandatory, as well as English in order to communicate effectively with internal clients and partners located outside of Quebec.

While base salary is determined by things such as the successful applicant’s qualifications and experience, this position is expected to pay between $90,000 and $120,000 annually.
