- Preparing and completing RFPs, RFIs, DDQs for all CC&L Financial Group affiliates
- Drafting new responses and recommending value added enhancements to existing RFP responses
- Maintaining and administering an RFP response database and ensuring consistency across all marketing materials
- Assisting with the preparation and maintenance of various reports and files required to support the RFP process
- Assist with updating and maintaining various external investment and consultant databases, if required
Requirements
- Finance Degree or equivalent
- 2 – 4 years of experience in an institutional investment firm, bank or trust company
- Genuine interest for the investment industry
- Ability to articulate clearly verbally and in writing
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

Overview
- We are looking for a Proposal Analyst for an existing vacancy in our Proposal and Consultant Database Team.

What You Will Do
- Preparing and completing RFPs, RFIs, DDQs for all CC&L Financial Group affiliates; this involves working closely with subject matter experts from all business areas.
- Drafting new responses and recommending value added enhancements to the existing RFP responses.
- Maintaining and administering an RFP response database and ensuring consistency across all marketing materials.
- Assisting with the preparation and maintenance of various reports and files required to support the RFP process.
- Assist with updating and maintaining various external investment and consultant databases, if required.
What You Bring
- You have a Finance Degree or equivalent and a genuine interest for the investment industry.
- 2 – 4 years of experience in an institutional investment firm, bank or trust company will be beneficial to your success.
- You can articulate yourself clearly verbally and written and work well with others to resolve complex issues.
- You are committed to contributing and supporting a team of like minded individuals who are driven and have high standards.
- You are a sharp, ambitious, and enthusiastic person who will seek to improve existing processes and help to implement creative solutions.
- You have working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
Salary Range
- The salary range for this position is CAD 70,000 CAD 90,000.
- In addition, there is an annual performance bonus which contributes to the total compensation for this position.
