About the Role

Responsibilities
- Setup and maintenance of client accounts and client data.
- Ensure that a multitude of reports are accurately set up, maintained, produced and distributed.
- Communicate with Client Relationship Managers and other key personnel to support and troubleshoot the reporting production process.
- Build and maintain report layouts using in house tools and third party technology.
- Work with development team to enhance report layouts and assign logical rules using a proprietary language.
- Analyze, maintain and improve the reporting process to maximize efficiency and minimize risk.
- Investigate and advise on best reporting practice.
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree
- 2 3 years in a related role or similar transferrable experience
- Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Interest in learning new technologies and developing new business processes
- Ability to manage competing tasks and work with multiple lines of business
- Demonstrated ability to evaluate business problems and apply solutions

Role Overview
- Connor, Clark & Lunn Financial Group is looking for a Client Reporting Analyst for an existing vacancy in their Institutional Client Reporting team.
- You will provide reporting operations expertise to CC&LFG’s institutional investment affiliates and interact with all levels of the organization.

What You Will Do
- Setup and maintenance of client accounts and client data.
- Ensure that a multitude of reports are accurately set up, maintained, produced and distributed.
- Communicate with various Client Relationship Managers and other key personnel to support and troubleshoot the entire reporting production process.
- Building and maintaining report layouts using a mix of in house tools and leading third party technology.
- Work closely with the team’s dedicated development team members on using a third party IDE to enhance and develop report layouts.
- Analyze, maintain and improve the reporting process to maximize efficiency and minimize risk.
- Investigate and advise on best reporting practice.
What You Bring

- Proven ability to communicate well with internal stakeholders.
- Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of Simcorp’s Coric Client Communication solution is an asset.
- Undergraduate degree coupled with 2 3 years in a related role or similar transferrable experience.
Salary Range
- CAD 60,000 CAD 80,000 per annum.
- In addition, there is an annual performance bonus which contributes to total compensation.
Work Arrangement
- Our offices currently operate on a hybrid model with a combination of in office and remote working days throughout the week.
