Responsibilities
- Generate new listings from new inquiries
- Communicate with owners to lease or sell their properties
- Build relationships with existing owners and buyers/tenants by calling or meeting
- Handle inquiries from owners and prospective buyers/tenants, maintain consistent follow up to convert into appointments
- Conduct viewing appointments, register clients and send suitable properties
- Stay up to date with the real estate market and educate clients about market trends and the home buying process
- Have local knowledge of communities to answer questions about potential homes and surrounding neighborhoods
Requirements
- Proven working experience as a Real Estate Agent in Dubai or similar market, with experience in both off plan and secondary market transactions
- Multi lingual is an advantage (Hindi, Urdu, Russian and Arabic speaker)
- Must be proactive, task oriented, self driven and hard working
- Extensive background in commercial and residential real estate
- Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong networking and sales skills
- Proficiency in using real estate CRM software and other relevant tools
- Valid UAE driver's license

Overview

Compensation
- This position offers a commission based compensation structure, where you will earn a competitive commission on all successfully closed transactions in both the off plan and secondary markets.
