About the Role

Responsibilities
- Capture high quality property photos and videos
- Film and produce engaging short form content for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube
- Coordinate with agents to plan and create regular content
- Manage and maintain all company social media channels
- Upload and manage property listings across all major property portals
- Ensure all listings, marketing materials and online profiles remain accurate and up to date
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and lead generation
- Assist with paid digital advertising campaigns (Meta, Google and other platforms)
- Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports with recommendations
- Stay current with social media trends, AI tools and digital marketing best practices
Requirements
- Experience in content creation, digital marketing or social media
- Strong videography and mobile content creation skills
- Comfortable using video editing tools and AI powered content creation platforms
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Self motivated with strong attention to detail
- At least 1 year of professional experience in content creation, videography or video editing (from application questions)

What We're Looking For
- A creative, proactive and highly organized individual.
- Experience in content creation, digital marketing or social media (real estate experience is a bonus but not essential).
- Strong videography and mobile content creation skills.
- Comfortable using video editing tools and AI powered content creation platforms.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Self motivated with strong attention to detail.
- UAE driving licence is an advantage but not essential.
