About the Role
Delight International facilities management LLC seeks a Property Officer to manage lease agreements, tenant relations, and property operations for ADNOC properties. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of leasing or property management experience.

Responsibilities
- Carry out property management activities including managing lease agreements renewals, termination, and updating stacking diagram data
- Provide excellent customer service to tenants, addressing their needs and queries
- Participate in monitoring corporate real estate assets' revenue and related cost to support cost control and cost optimization
- Prepare lease agreements based on Group Companies requests
- Arrange for inviting service providers, review Tendering & Contracting documents in line with policies and procedures
- Provide necessary reports and studies on corporate building operations costs and year end reconciliation of service charges
- Prepare required documents for properties handover to tenants and taking over of properties following termination of lease
- Prepare utilities consumption payments for all ADNOC properties
- Respond to tenant needs and queries, addressing complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with tenants, ensuring satisfaction and retention
- Keep up to date with industry trends and developments to ensure properties remain competitive
- Work collaboratively to ensure smooth tenant move in and move out processes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in leasing or property management
- Proven track record of achieving occupancy and revenue goals, negotiating lease agreements, and maintaining high levels of tenant satisfaction
- Strong knowledge of real estate laws and regulations in the UAE
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem solving skills
- Real Estate Broker or Salesperson license from RERA/DMT preferred

Property Officer Responsibilities
- Carry out variety of property management activities, includes managing lease agreements renewals, termination, updating stacking diagram data and fulfil ADNOC Group Companies requirements.

- Keep up to date with industry trends and developments to ensure ADNOC properties remain competitive in the market.

Requirements and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in leasing or property management.

- Strong knowledge of real estate laws and regulations in the UAE.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem solving skills.
- Real Estate Broker or Salesperson license from the Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA), Department of Municipalities and Transport (DMT) is preferred
