About the Role
Ayoub & Co is hiring a Property Manager in Dubai to manage the full property management cycle, including Ejari registration, PM contracts, renewals, disputes, and maintenance coordination.

Responsibilities
- Register and manage Ejari for all tenancy contracts; keep registrations current.
- Protect tenant and landlord rights in line with RERA, Dubai Land Department regulations, and Dubai tenancy law (Law No. 26 of 2007 as amended).
- Draft and execute property management contracts on system, with accurate terms and documentation.
- Handle lease renewals and rent reviews using the RERA rental index; issue legally compliant notices.
- Manage rental disputes and coordinate with the Rental Dispute Centre (RDC) when needed.
- Track rent collection, cheques, and payment schedules; follow up on delayed payments.
- Coordinate maintenance, snagging, move ins/move outs, and periodic inspections.
- Liaise with owners' associations, developers, and service providers.
- Maintain accurate records of contracts, payments, correspondence, and property files.
- Provide landlords with regular statements and property performance updates.
Requirements
- Solid experience in Dubai property management.
- Expert knowledge of Ejari, RERA regulations, RERA rental index, and tenant/landlord rights.
- Familiarity with Rental Dispute Centre procedures and legal notice requirements.
- Experience executing PM contracts through property management systems.
- Organized, detail oriented, strong communication skills in English (Arabic a plus).
- RERA certification and UAE driving license are advantages.
