Responsibilities
- Manage day to day operations of all assigned properties
- Handle tenant relationships: inquiries, complaints, renewals, and move in/move out procedures
- Oversee leasing activities, including advertising vacancies and coordinating viewings
- Coordinate maintenance and repair works with vendors and internal teams
- Monitor property condition and ensure compliance with health, safety, and municipal regulations
- Prepare and track property budgets, rent collection, and follow up on overdue payments
- Maintain accurate records: contracts, payments, service requests, and reports for management
- Recommend improvements to enhance property value, occupancy, and tenant experience
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Property Manager or similar role in UAE (real estate/property management)
- Strong knowledge of Dubai tenancy laws and RERA regulations
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with property management/real estate software is an advantage
- Fluency in English; Arabic or other languages is a plus
- Valid UAE driving license preferred

About the Role
