Role Overview
Supports property managers and management teams with the administration and operation of residential, commercial, and mixed-use properties.
The role covers tenant communication, maintenance coordination, lease administration, inspections, records management, and general property operations.
Experience in property management, real estate, facilities coordination, administration, customer service, or related fields is suitable; prior property experience is advantageous.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily property administration, tenant inquiries, communications, inspections, move-ins, move-outs, and handovers.
- Schedule and monitor maintenance, repair, cleaning, landscaping, pest control, and other property services.
- Coordinate with contractors and suppliers on quotations, schedules, completion dates, and outstanding issues.
- Maintain records for tenants, leases, maintenance, service activities, keys, access cards, parking, and property assets.
- Support lease documents, renewals, notices, expiry tracking, rent records, tenant accounts, invoices, and deposits.
- Prepare work orders, service records, property reports, operational summaries, quotations, and related documentation.
- Inspect common areas, facilities, equipment, and building conditions, reporting safety, cleanliness, security, or operational concerns.
