Responsibilities
- Support tenants and property owners with maintenance, parking, contracts, cheques, renewals, and other property service queries.
- Follow up on Ejari, DEWA, and chiller connections and coordinate with contractors and suppliers.
- Generate Rental Index results, prepare renewal notices, and assist with lease agreements and documentation.
- Maintain property, tenant, lease, renewal, CRM, contract, master-sheet, and payment records accurately.
- Track maintenance requests and prepare inspection, move-in, and move-out checklists.
- Prepare weekly property portfolio reports and support the Property Manager with administrative tasks.
Requirements
- Experience in an administrative role, ideally in property management or real estate.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and database management.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with property management software, preferably Yardi.
- Experience handling tenant enquiries and property documentation.
