Required
Excellent command of English, written and spoken (C1 level or above) — essential, not optional, given how much English writing this role involves
2–5 years of experience in content writing, copywriting, journalism, or a similar creative role
A strong portfolio demonstrating range and creativity
Excellent grammar, editing, and proofreading skills
Ability to adapt tone and style across formats (marketing, social, formal communications)
Comfortable managing multiple, often shifting priorities day to day
Preferred
Experience in real estate, property marketing, or a related industry
Familiarity with the UAE real estate market and terminology
Experience with CMS platforms, design tools, or social media scheduling tools
Social media management experience
