Role Overview

Responsibilities

• Write, edit, and localise content for property listings, brochures, websites, email campaigns, and social media.
• Adapt and transcreate marketing materials into natural and culturally relevant content rather than literal translations.
• Produce social captions, listing descriptions, newsletters, internal communications, and other requested content.
• Maintain consistent tone, terminology, and brand voice across content.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and design teams on campaigns and property launches.
• Proofread and quality-check content before publication.
• Help manage the content calendar and prioritise incoming requests from other departments.

Required Qualifications

• Excellent written and spoken English at C1 level or above is essential.
• Applicants must have 2-5 years of experience in content writing, copywriting, journalism, or a similar creative role.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating range and creativity is required.
• Excellent grammar, editing, and proofreading skills are required.
• Applicants must be able to adapt tone and style across marketing, social, and formal communication formats.
• Applicants should be comfortable managing multiple and shifting priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in real estate, property marketing, or a related industry is preferred.
• Familiarity with UAE real estate market terminology is preferred.
• Experience with CMS platforms, design tools, or social media scheduling tools is preferred.
• Social media management experience is preferred.
