About the Role

- Communicate with property owners to attract new units for sale or rent
- Manage and update property data, prices, and availability continuously
- List and update properties on property portals and CRM
- Coordinate viewing appointments between owners, clients, and agents
- Prepare periodic reports on property inventory and new listings
Requirements
- At least 1 year of property listing or property sourcing experience in the UAE
- Experience using Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle, and CRM systems
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Arabic language fluency (native preferred)
- Good English for professional communication
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Job Overview
- تبحث شركة بروكر سيتي العقارية عن منسق إدراج واستقطاب عقارات ذو خبرة للانضمام إلى فريق العمل.
- سيكون المرشح مسؤولاً عن استقطاب العقارات الجديدة للبيع والإيجار، والتواصل المباشر مع ملاك العقارات، وإدارة وتحديث المخزون العقاري.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- التواصل مع ملاك العقارات واستقطاب وحدات جديدة للبيع أو الإيجار.
- إجراء الاتصالات والمتابعات اليومية مع الملاك من خلال قواعد البيانات المتوفرة لدى الشركة.
- بناء وتطوير قاعدة بيانات فعالة للملاك والعقارات.
- إدارة وتحديث بيانات العقارات والأسعار وحالة التوفر بشكل مستمر.
- إدراج وتحديث العقارات على المنصات العقارية وأنظمة إدارة العملاء (CRM).
- التنسيق وترتيب مواعيد المعاينات بين الملاك والعملاء والمستشارين العقاريين.
- المتابعة المستمرة مع الملاك للتأكد من صحة البيانات وتحديثها بشكل دوري.
- التنسيق مع أقسام المبيعات والتسويق لضمان تسويق العقارات بأفضل صورة ممكنة.
- متابعة حالة العقارات وتحديثها فوراً عند البيع أو التأجير أو الحجز.
- التأكد من اكتمال المعلومات والصور والمستندات الخاصة بالعقارات.
- إعداد التقارير الدورية المتعلقة بالمخزون العقاري والعقارات الجديدة.
المؤهلات والمتطلبات
- خبرة لا تقل عن سنة واحدة في مجال الإدراج العقاري أو استقطاب العقارات داخل دولة الإمارات.
- خبرة في استخدام Property Finder وBayut وDubizzle وأنظمة CRM.
- مهارات قوية في التواصل والتفاوض وبناء العلاقات مع ملاك العقارات.
- القدرة على استقطاب عقارات جديدة وزيادة المخزون العقاري للشركة.
- اللغة العربية شرط أساسي، ويفضل أن تكون اللغة الأم للمتقدم.
- مستوى جيد في اللغة الإنجليزية للتواصل المهني واستخدام الأنظمة.
- مهارات تنظيمية عالية والقدرة على إدارة عدة مهام في وقت واحد.
- إجادة استخدام برامج Microsoft Office.
- القدرة على العمل ضمن فريق وتحمل ضغط العمل.
