- Communicate with property owners to attract new units for sale or rent
- Make daily calls and follow ups with owners using available databases
- Build and develop an effective database of owners and properties
- Manage and continuously update property data, prices, and availability
- List and update properties on property portals and CRM systems
- Coordinate and schedule viewings between owners, clients, and real estate consultants
- Follow up with owners to ensure data accuracy and periodic updates
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to ensure optimal property marketing
- Update property status immediately upon sale, rental, or booking
- Ensure completeness of property information, photos, and documents
- Prepare periodic reports on property inventory and new properties
Requirements
- Experience of at least one year in property listing or property acquisition within the UAE
- Experience using Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle, and CRM systems
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills with property owners
- Ability to attract new properties and increase company inventory
- Arabic language is a must; preferably native speaker
- Good level of English for professional communication and system use
- High organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work in a team and handle work pressure

Job Overview
- Broker City Properties is looking for an experienced Property Listing and Acquisition Coordinator to join the team.
- The candidate will be responsible for attracting new properties for sale and rent, direct communication with property owners, managing and updating property inventory, and coordinating between sales, marketing, and owners to ensure efficient operations.
Tasks and Responsibilities
