- Manage tenant move in and move out processes, including unit handovers and takeovers
- Handle Property Management (PM) contract takeovers and handovers with owners
- Coordinate with tenants on property related matters and requests
- Conduct property and unit inspections and prepare detailed reports
- Support maintenance administration, including LPO (Local Purchase Orders) processing
- Track and follow up on maintenance works and service requests
- Handle Kahramaa procedures, and cooling account coordination
- Maintain accurate documentation and operational records
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in property management
- Experience in residential and commercial properties (primarily residential units)
- Strong administrative and coordination skills
- Knowledge of Kahramaa and cooling systems procedures
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Valid Qatar driving license (mandatory)
