- Address tenant inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner
Requirements
- 3 years of experience as Property Coordinator (Required)
- English proficiency (Required)
- Arabic proficiency (Required)
- Strong customer service skills
- Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations
- Understanding of landlord tenant law and conflict management
- Excellent negotiation and contract management abilities
- Administrative experience with data entry and filing
