Responsibilities
- Generate new business through referrals, networks, cold calling, and lead follow up
- Meet & Help clients with property buying, selling, and leasing transactions
- Conduct property viewings and presentations
- Advise clients on market conditions, pricing, mortgages, and legal requirements
- Handle & Negotiate offers and contracts between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants
- Maintain and update property listings
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and investors
- Stay informed about market trends and available properties
- Prepare and maintain accurate sales records and reports
Requirements
- Previous experience in real estate sales is preferred
- Freshers can apply
- UAE driving License & preferably with Car
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self motivated with positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiar with using CRM systems
