Key Responsibilities
- Conduct cold calling activities using company provided databases to generate new business opportunities.
- Identify and qualify property owners based on their investment objectives and preferred strategies.
- Schedule meetings and presentations with prospective property owners.
- Present company services, management solutions, and marketing strategies to potential clients.
- Maintain regular follow up with prospects and convert leads into active clients.
- Manage daily operations and communications for a portfolio of managed units.
- Handle owner inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Resolve owner related concerns and ensure a high level of client satisfaction.
- Monitor utility accounts and ensure all payments are processed on time.
- Review monthly owner income reports and verify booking revenues, expenses, and deductions.
- Monitor occupancy levels, booking performance, and revenue generation across managed properties.
- Coordinate listing updates across holiday home platforms and booking channels.
