About the Role
Square yards UAE is hiring ambitious Property Consultants in Dubai. You will generate leads, conduct property viewings, negotiate and close sales, and build client relationships. Previous real estate sales experience in UAE (minimum 6 months) is mandatory.

- Generate and qualify leads through networking, referrals, and prospecting
- Understand clients' property requirements and provide tailored investment solutions
- Conduct property viewings and present residential and commercial properties
- Negotiate offers and successfully close sales transactions
- Build and maintain long term relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors
- Stay informed about the UAE real estate market, property trends, and new project launches
- Achieve individual sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service
Requirements
- Previous experience in real estate sales is mandatory (Minimum 6 months in UAE real estate)
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Self motivated, target oriented, and eager to succeed
- Excellent English communication skills; additional languages are a plus
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification (preferred)
