- Develop and maintain relationships with high net worth individuals (HNWIs), investors, family offices, and corporate clients
- Understand clients' investment objectives and recommend suitable residential, commercial, and off plan investment opportunities
- Present investment proposals, market insights, and property portfolios to prospective investors
- Advise clients on market trends, emerging investment locations, and developer projects
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, events, and strategic partnerships
- Coordinate property viewings, negotiations, and closing of investment deals
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and investment pipelines using CRM software
- Stay updated with Dubai real estate laws, RERA regulations, and market developments
- Collaborate with internal sales, marketing, and portfolio management teams to maximize business opportunities
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 6 months of experience in real estate sales
- Strong knowledge of Dubai's real estate market, investment strategies, and property regulations
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing investor portfolios
- UAE driving license and own vehicle are preferred
