Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri Gulf, referrals, networking, and other channels
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate suitability
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide recruitment support
- Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
- Prepare and post job advertisements across various platforms
- Conduct reference checks and background verification as required
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey
- Support onboarding activities and ensure smooth joining processes for new hires
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 0.5 –3 years of recruitment experience within the UAE real estate market
- Experience in hiring for real estate, sales, property consultancy, or corporate functions
- Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and social media platforms
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced, target driven environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and recruitment management tools
- Knowledge of UAE labor laws and hiring practices is preferred
