About the Role

Responsibilities
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, marketing campaigns, and referrals
- Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information to potential clients
- Maintain and update property listings on portals such as Bayut, Dubizzle, etc.
- Negotiate prices and terms between buyers, sellers, tenants, and landlords
- Provide clients with market insights and investment advice
- Prepare and manage property documentation, contracts, and agreements
- Follow up with leads and maintain relationships with clients
- Update and manage leads through the company CRM system
- Achieve individual monthly sales and leasing targets
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of real estate experience in Dubai
- Strong knowledge of the Dubai property market
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced sales environment
- Valid UAE Driving License preferred
- RERA certification is an advantage
- Fluent in English (additional languages a plus)

Job Overview
- We are seeking a motivated and experienced Property Consultant to join our growing real estate team in Dubai.
- The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the Dubai real estate market, strong sales skills, and the ability to generate and close property deals efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
